Numero 16 Pizza & Coffee is renowned for its mouth-watering, handmade thin-crust pizza. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by the charming blend of red brick and cement walls, creating a warm yet stylish ambiance. Behind the counter, you can spot the kiln and workbench where the pizzas are freshly prepared. The air is filled with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked dough and the subtle scent of charcoal from the kiln fire, building anticipation for the feast ahead.

With my friends, we ordered a selection of classic pizzas, including Margherita and Parmesan Arugula. The thin crust was perfectly crisp around the edges and slightly chewy inside. The cheese melted beautifully, balancing the sweet and tangy tomato sauce. Topped with fragrant basil or slightly bitter arugula, every bite captured the simple, pure essence of good pizza.
One standout was the house special carbonara pizza, combining gooey cheese, a soft-boiled egg, and crispy thick-cut bacon. The rich, indulgent flavors offered a unique take on traditional Italian pizza. Another highlight was the owner's signature chili olive oil, which added an extra kick when drizzled over the crust. This reminded me of the way Italian friends in London taught me to enjoy pizza—folded in half, bold and delicious, capturing the Italian passion for food and life.
The cute illustrations in the store make the whole atmosphere very relaxed and cozy.
